Seiva comes from resin and pays homage to the profession of resin maker. The profession of chef David Jesus' father and grandfather.

Seiva is a restaurant of a world cuisine, creative and with attitude, with plants as its creative base. Our entire creative base is of vegetable origin and it is in the search for the best vegetable of the season that we create our proposal.
